- device model and iOS version,
- app version (Settings → About),
- a screenshot, if relevant.
Account and Data
- Data export: Settings → Export data — you'll receive a copy of all your records.
- Account deletion: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and removes uploaded files as well.
- Forgotten password: choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen — we'll send you a reset link.
